MLM business has been largely successful. However, it faces one lacuna, and that is, it has a very high percentage of drop outs. A majority of the drop outs have given MLM less than 3 months of their time! Today, I will share a vital tip with you that will mean the difference between your success and failure.

Overcoming the feeling of rejection:

In MLM business, leads play a pivotal role in your success. You may be given email addresses of warm leads or you may be asked to give cold calls. Often you may try to get in touch with people you know- your friends and relatives. However, like in any other business, you cannot expect 100% leads turn in to buyers. As many as 80 or even 90% of your leads may reject you for various reasons. It can severely affect your confidence.  You must be ready to accept the rejection.

You have to realize that pushing your friends isn’t going to help you. Also if you try selling them whenever you meet them or try to persuade them for hours together, you’ll lose your friends too!

The key to success is simple- perseverance. Remember, in MLM, it is only the beginning that is difficult. But once you get just a few people sign up under you, your efforts will automatically be multiplied by those who signed under you.

Let’s presume you sign up ten people under you and just 2 or 3 of them are extremely good at their job. These 2 to 3 people will bring you more and more commissions. So, set the ball rolling. Don’t expect quick commissions initially. You will definitely need to spend time sending emails, following up and more. But, it is really worth it!
